# Lost Access

If you do not remember your password or if you are unable to access your WorkSmart portal, then you can try to reset your password.

1. In order to reset you password, navigate to your WorkSmart portal's login page. If you don't know that, then go to <https://my.worksmart.app/login/>
2. Click on "Reset Password" button - this will ask for your email address that you have used for your WorkSmart account registration.
3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
