# Setup as Mandatory

When Two Factor Authentication is setup as **“Mandatory”**, then all users will have to verify themselves using two step verification process

Note : For “Mandatory” setup, whenever you add new users, Two Factor Authentication will be automatically enabled for them, no manual intervention needed.
